There's beauty everywhere if you look for it. Walking around the wakway at Lake Tekapo below the Mt John track. You can see how much rain there has been with the size of the puddles on the track, a glimpse of the blue water of Lake Tekapo in the distance

On a sormy very wet day , and a small dump of snow overnight , driving around Braemar Road Tekapo looking for opportunities in the rain, nice streaks of light and the cloud had just cleared from the hills

I find it mindblowing to see icebergs floating on Tasman Lake in NZ on a 25 degrees summer day. I might be wrong but I think Aoraki is flanked on the left by Mt Sealy and on the right by Malte Brun and poss Mt Hutton on the right
This was one of the many side streams that had to be crossed on the Roberts Point Track, the sign warned this was for experienced trampers only, it wasnt wrong
